Recorded on April 22, 1963, in New York City for the album 'Boss Guitar' (Riverside). The session featured Wes Montgomery on guitar, Melvin Rhyne on organ, and Jimmy Cobb on drums. The production focused on a natural, close-miked studio sound without digital processing, relying entirely on Wes's unique technique of plucking with the side of his thumb to achieve his signature smooth, mellow tone.
