The song was recorded in 2005 for Carrie Underwood's debut album, 'Some Hearts,' at Starstruck Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as Electrokitty (Seattle, WA) and The Plant (Sausalito, CA). It was produced by Mark Bright. The track features a high-end Nashville session band, with professional electric guitar parts tracked by Tom Bukovac and Jerry Troy Corenflos to complement the piano-driven arrangement.
